Week 9 is here, and I’ve been eating a lot of fruit and veggies this past week. I’ve been trying to keep my meals balanced and properly sized this week.
I’m also super proud of myself because I’m running twice a week regularly and working myself up to 3 times weekly.

Well, the weight is back up there.. which doesn’t exactly make me happy… but to be honest, I’m feeling good about myself as far as routine-wise. For the first time, I was able to get up for 5 am on a Monday to do my run, this will bring it up to 3 days a week for my running.
